This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee, enhance, and develop the TGaS portfolio within designated accounts by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers at large and mid-sized companies.
β’ Strategically analyze complex client organizations of varying sizes to identify and leverage growth opportunities for both existing and new TGaS solutions.
β’ Provide vision and guidance for identifying and qualifying leads on behalf of TGaS Advisors.
β’ Report directly to the SVP and serve as the primary account lead for 10-12 large/mid-sized accounts, managing contracted business advisory services and business development initiatives across all TGaS Advisors solutions.
β’ Act as the main advisor for the Commercial Operations leader(s) through advisory and peer-to-peer membership services.
β’ Lead and supervise contracted multi-solution benchmarks in collaboration with TGaS PMO and Operations leads.
β’ Accountable for achieving an annual revenue target and expanding the TGaS business in both existing and whitespace accounts.
β’ Develop annual and long-term business strategies for accounts in partnership with TGaS Solution Leads.
β’ Review strategies quarterly to assess where modifications may be necessary.
β’ Keep professional and current knowledge about assigned target accounts and TGaS service capabilities to provide "value-added" expanded services to all relevant clients.
β’ Participate in monthly updates with TGaS Solution Leads and Trinity Life Sciences partners to review ongoing engagement and identify potential new opportunities.
β’ Serve as a liaison for the TGaS business unit with broader Trinity Life Sciences Account Leads and Team to foster relationships and form strategic partnerships to uncover business opportunities for Trinity Life Sciences offerings.
β’ Actively research, synthesize, and communicate current industry trends and changes.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 12-15 years of commercial operations experience at the Director/VP level or related business development experience in support of life sciences organizations.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading and/or supporting commercial operations departments, either through internal support or via strategic advisory services partnerships.
β’ Strong grasp of pharmaceutical commercial operations, marketing, market access, and medical affairs.
β’ Excellent leadership and communication capabilities, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
β’ Experience in negotiating and finalizing business deals.
β’ Ability to create and implement strategic business development plans to promote revenue growth and market expansion.
β’ Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market opportunities, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.
β’ Proven track record of collaborating broadly within an organization to align on securing new and existing business opportunities, with the capability to influence without direct authority.
β’ In addition to your base salary, you will also qualify for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
