This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the senior technology executive for the Bank, overseeing enterprise banking platform architecture, engineering, implementation, operations, and lifecycle management.
• Guarantee the stability, availability, resilience, and secure functioning of core banking, digital banking, payment systems, enterprise applications, and customer-facing services.
• Create and sustain architecture for core and ancillary platforms, business processes, integrations, data flows, access controls, and security standards.
• Lead the administration, support, strategic development, and lifecycle management of core banking, digital payments, and enterprise banking platforms.
• Provide executive guidance for core banking conversion and modernization projects, encompassing planning, execution, testing, transition, stabilization, and stakeholder coordination.
• Collaborate with Information Security, IT Operations, application owners, and business stakeholders on vulnerability remediation and cybersecurity incident responses.
• Manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Establish and enforce enterprise technology standards, operational procedures, technical documentation, roadmaps, and governance practices.
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory reviews, and third-party assessments by offering technical leadership, evidence, and remediation support.
• Offer leadership and oversight for technology personnel, managers, technical staff, cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Conduct hiring, coaching, performance management, employee development, and succession planning as necessary.
• Extensive hands-on experience in deploying, administering, and supporting Fiserv, Jack Henry, or FIS core banking platforms along with associated digital payment solutions.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale core banking implementations, upgrades, testing, conversions, or migrations within a regulated financial institution.
• Significant experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, networking, storage, identity services, disaster recovery, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise banking technology modernization initiatives, large-scale infrastructure transformations, and core banking platform conversions.
• Successful track record in supporting regulatory examinations, technology audits, and remediation efforts in highly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of OCC, FFIEC, GLBA, cybersecurity, and operational resilience requirements.
• Proven ability to formulate strategic technology roadmaps while ensuring highly available, secure, and resilient production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure engineering, or technology operations.
• At least 7 years in technology leadership positions with increasing scope and responsibility.
• Experience managing technology organizations within a regulated financial institution.
• Familiarity with enterprise core banking platforms such as Fiserv, FIS, or Jack Henry.
• Experience in executing large-scale technology initiatives, platform implementations, system conversions, or major infrastructure transformations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, networking, storage, identity services, and disaster recovery.
• Working knowledge of banking regulatory expectations, including OCC, FFIEC, GLBA, and operational resilience requirements.
• Ability to forge partnerships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology vendors, regulators, and auditors.
