This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage your accounts as if they were your own business. Sequence accounts based on their readiness, oversee capacity across tiers, and execute the entire sales cycle through to closure.
• Engage and operate at the C-suite level. Propel the transformation narrative with CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs, building consensus that positions Hippocratic AI as the premier solution.
• Design each deal comprehensively. Handle discovery, vision presentations, scope definitions, ROI assessments, governance, security, procurement, and contract execution.
• Multi-thread with various executive champions who facilitate progress and expedite the deal process.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and customer success teams to synchronize strategies and provide seamless experiences for clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and the changing demands of healthcare organizations to effectively position Hippocratic AI.
• A minimum of 15 years in selling enterprise software, services, or transformation projects to health systems, including at least one role in a company with fewer than 500 employees.
• Demonstrated experience in personally closing enterprise deals exceeding $1M at health systems, with a consistent record of top-tier performance.
• Proven capability to create an ROI model that can withstand scrutiny from CFOs and a clinical narrative that can endure examination from CMOs.
• Proficiency in healthcare fluency. Capable of holding informed discussions with a CFO regarding margin pressures, with a CMO concerning clinical workflows, and with a CIO about integration risks.
• A successful history of selling in innovative categories where the buyer lacked a pre-existing budget line—such as digital health category creation, novel-mechanism pharmaceutical launches, transformation consulting, or similar.
• Established trusted relationships with health system CIOs, CMOs, COOs, and CDOs.
• Willing to travel extensively for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
