VP, Division Exchange Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as the main national point of contact for inquiries related to new reverse exchanges.

• Define the responsibilities, deliverables, deadlines, and communication expectations for all parties involved.

• Manage deal volume and offer adaptable support to the reverse exchange team.

• Monitor and assess reverse exchange inquiries, transaction volumes, referral sources, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.

• Create and provide training for sales and operations staff on the fundamentals of reverse exchanges.

• Identify, develop, and establish standardized processes, tools, and best practices.

• Participate in client presentations, educational sessions, webinars, or other business development initiatives.

• Cultivate strong working relationships across national sales, operations, and reverse exchange functions.

• Collaborate with the executive leadership team on hiring requirements, performance management, resources, and tools needed for the reverse exchange team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 12 years of proven experience managing complex cross-functional units or teams.

• Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic plans.

• A solid track record of leading large, intricate projects, including reverse 1031 exchanges and build-to-suit 1031 exchanges.

• Extensive experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure.

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team-building, and presentation skills.
