
VP, Division Exchange Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main national contact for inquiries regarding new reverse exchanges
• Define responsibilities, deliverables, deadlines, and communication expectations
• Manage deal volume and offer adaptable support during peak times
• Monitor and assess reverse exchange inquiries, transaction volume, referral sources, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes
• Create and conduct training sessions for sales and operations personnel
• Identify, design, and implement standardized processes, tools, and best practices
• Engage in client presentations, educational meetings, webinars, or other business development initiatives
• Foster strong relationships across national sales, operations, and reverse exchange teams
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team regarding hiring requirements, performance management, resources, and tools
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience
• Advanced degree is preferred
• Over 12 years of proven experience in managing complex cross-functional teams or units
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic plans
• A solid track record of leading large, intricate projects, including reverse 1031 Exchanges and build-to-suit 1031 exchanges
• Extensive experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure
• Progressive experience in leading teams across multiple locations
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team-building, and presentation skills
