
VP, Digital Strategy β Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +2 more states.
β’ Develop and spearhead the digital strategy encompassing Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing, formulating a multi-year vision and roadmap that aligns with business growth, customer demands, and enterprise objectives.
β’ Enhance the experiences of customers, brokers, and employers by designing and refining seamless end-to-end digital journeys spanning onboarding, enrollment, service, claims, renewals, and self-service functionalities.
β’ Propel innovation and modernization of digital platforms, web and mobile experiences, AI solutions, and automation capabilities to boost engagement, efficiency, accessibility, and speed to market.
β’ Collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to integrate digital capabilities into products, influence strategic investments, and elevate customer and advisor experiences.
β’ Utilize customer insights, analytics, and Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to uncover opportunities, prioritize enhancements, and achieve measurable business and customer results.
β’ Establish and oversee experience standards and performance metrics, championing digital adoption, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across all digital channels.
β’ Lead comprehensive transformation and change initiatives, optimizing processes, minimizing friction, enhancing quality, and developing scalable capabilities that support future expansion.
β’ Build, nurture, and motivate a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and ongoing learning while attracting and retaining top talent.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree).
β’ Over 12 years of experience in digital strategy, digital product management, customer experience, marketing technology, or transformation leadership.
β’ More than 5 years of managerial, supervisory, and/or proven leadership experience.
β’ Experience in strategic planning and execution.
β’ Strong presentation abilities with a proven track record of influencing all management levels through clear, informed, and logical discussions or presentations.
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the capability to engage knowledgeably and credibly with senior management and internal stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with Workplace solutions products, including Group Benefits and retirement (preferred).
β’ Experience in developing or contributing to multiyear digital roadmaps for client and broker-facing experiences (preferred).
β’ Understanding of AI and its current and anticipated impacts on client delivery (preferred).
