This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, influencing enterprise transformation agendas that encompass digital strategy, AI enablement, organizational change, and modernization of operating models.
• Lead and engage in annual pre-sales activities ranging from $6M to $8M, while defining solution strategies for complex change-driven pursuits.
• Serve as an executive strategist throughout key engagements, ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution methodology, delivery execution, and change outcomes.
• Collaborate with Solutioning, Client Service, and Delivery leadership to incorporate change management into transformation programs.
• Establish and guide AI-enabled transformation strategies that link technological capabilities to organizational readiness, role redesign, and innovative work practices.
• Create target operating models that reflect AI-driven modifications to workflows, decision-making rights, and organizational structures.
• Develop strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication, and managing resistance to change.
• Enhance client-side change capabilities through training, AI literacy initiatives, and the establishment of Centers of Excellence.
• Formulate governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation, including change controls, phased adoption plans, rollback procedures, and escalation pathways.
• Drive industry-specific strategy development for offerings in healthcare and life sciences.
• Contribute to the strategy of the Health portfolio and the development of strategic partnerships.
• Link growth modeling with transformation initiatives and effectively articulate the impact on EBIT and ROI.
• Over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, change management, or technology transformation consulting, with a strong emphasis on technology-enabled change.
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including payer, provider, and/or life sciences organizations at an enterprise level.
• A proven history of leading enterprise digital transformation strategies, including the development and execution of roadmaps across people, processes, data, and technology.
• Experience in crafting target operating models, redesigning roles, and establishing governance frameworks in the context of AI and technology adoption.
• Strong financial acumen, linking transformation initiatives and adoption outcomes to business value.
• Background in developing commercial and growth strategies within healthcare, focusing on patient/member engagement and retention.
• Outstanding executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, navigate complex organizational structures, and lead through uncertainty.
• Proven success in business development and strategic pursuits.
• Capacity to lead through influence, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed, global organization.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
