This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, influencing enterprise transformation agendas that encompass digital strategy, AI enablement, organizational change, and modernization of operating models.
• Lead and engage in $6M–$8M of annual pre-sales activities, establishing the solution strategy for complex change-driven pursuits and enhancing strategic accounts.
• Serve as an executive strategist across critical engagements, aligning business objectives, solution methodologies, delivery execution, and change outcomes.
• Collaborate with Solutioning, Client Service, and Delivery leadership to embed change management within transformation programs.
• Define and spearhead AI-enabled transformation strategies that link technological capabilities to organizational readiness, role redesign, and innovative work practices.
• Develop and refine target operating models that reflect AI-driven modifications to workflows, decision-making rights, and organizational structure.
• Craft engagement strategies for stakeholders, including communication and resistance management plans tailored for C-suite, operational, and frontline audiences.
• Enhance client-side change capability through training initiatives, AI literacy programs, and the establishment of Centers of Excellence.
• Create governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation, encompassing change controls, phased adoption strategies, rollback protocols, and escalation procedures.
• Lead the development of industry-specific strategies for healthcare and life sciences offerings.
• Contribute to the strategy of the Health portfolio and foster strategic partnership development.
• Link growth modeling to transformation efforts and articulate EBIT and ROI implications.
• Advocate for information security awareness and evaluate/report on security risks.
• Assess data storage, processing, and transmission practices for compliance with privacy regulations.
• Integrate data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle.
• Over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, change management, or technology transformation consulting, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven change.
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including payer, provider, and/or life sciences organizations at an enterprise level.
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise digital transformation strategies, including the development and execution of roadmaps across people, processes, data, and technology.
• Experience in crafting target operating models, role redesigns, and governance frameworks in relation to AI/technology adoption.
• Strong financial expertise, with the ability to connect transformation initiatives and adoption results to business value.
• Experience in developing commercial and growth strategies within healthcare, including patient/member engagement and retention.
• Exceptional executive presence, capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders, navigating complex organizations, and leading amidst uncertainty.
• Proven achievements in business development and strategic pursuits.
• Ability to lead through influence, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed, global organization.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more to facilitate executive client engagement, strategic workshops, and business development efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with information security practices, data privacy, GDPR, and CCPA.
