This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the design, development, management, and ongoing enhancement of strategic sales intelligence products and solutions.
• Convert business strategies into requirements, priorities, metrics, business rules, and data model designs.
• Assess sales performance to pinpoint opportunities, risks, root causes, and suggest actionable measures.
• Create or direct scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, semantic models, and automated reporting functionalities.
• Set up validation, documentation, monitoring, and change controls.
• Oversee product roadmaps and multiple projects while balancing immediate business needs with long-term scalability.
• Propel the implementation, adoption, feedback gathering, and ongoing enhancement of capabilities.
• Directly contribute to analysis and solution development while leading major initiatives.
• Mentor and coach analysts, data scientists, developers, and project contributors.
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Operations, Data, and Technology teams.
• Communicate complex insights, recommendations, and requirements to technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Assess and implement emerging analytical methods, automation technologies, and AI capabilities.
• Over 7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, sales strategy, revenue operations, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in leading teams, major projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience in building or managing analytical, reporting, automation, or decision-support solutions.
• Proficient with analytics and data platforms such as Tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data modeling, semantic layers, metric governance, and business intelligence best practices.
• Experience in querying, preparing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data using SQL or other analytical methods.
• Skilled in leading complex initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, communication, interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude with a disciplined focus on quality and detail.
• Excellent leadership, project ownership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement, innovation, and achieving measurable business impact.
