VP Digital Platforms, Data & Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and establish enterprise data architecture and infrastructure.

• Drive a comprehensive data strategy encompassing data quality, standards, stewardship, and secure access.

• Develop platforms, pipelines, and controls for AI and advanced analytics.

• Collaborate with Security, Validation, Quality, and Compliance teams.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of data professionals.

• Create and scale reusable digital solution patterns.

• Contribute to policies that promote responsible AI usage.

• Ensure digital solutions comply with validation, auditability, and documentation standards.

• Manage risk associated with digital and AI initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional teams for high-impact AI and digital use cases.

• Drive change management strategies for tool adoption.

• Act as a visible advocate for digital transformation.

• Negotiate strategic partnerships with key vendors.

• Monitor emerging technologies and market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Over 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions.

• More than 10 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary technology teams.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Proven track record of executing cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

• Established ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and influence strategic direction.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains.

• Familiarity with modern data and AI concepts.

• Knowledge of governance practices concerning data privacy.

• Experience in a regulated or highly quality-constrained environment.

• Demonstrated capability to build high-performing teams.
