This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and enhance a Google Ads MCC structure that includes various market-specific accounts.
• Supervise active Search campaigns spanning multiple service areas and locations.
• Manage daily budgets while ensuring effective allocation of advertising expenditures.
• Develop, test, and refine ad copy, keyword strategies, negative keyword lists, and bidding approaches.
• Monitor and enhance the performance of Local Services Ads (LSA) across various markets.
• Perform ongoing search term analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities and eliminate unnecessary spending.
• Assess campaign performance and modify bidding strategies to maximize conversions.
• Manage and optimize landing pages using Unbounce or comparable platforms.
• Track conversion rates across different markets and service categories.
• Conduct A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, forms, layouts, and other conversion elements.
• Create new landing pages to facilitate market expansion and service offerings.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports encompassing all paid media channels.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Booked Job, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Identify trends, budget pacing concerns, rising CPCs, and conversion obstacles.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
• Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across various location-based accounts.
• Execute lead generation, traffic, engagement, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Build and maintain audience segments, including retargeting and custom audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative development, including image and video assets.
• Optimize campaigns to enhance lead quality and minimize acquisition costs.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, AI tools, and automation possibilities.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to boost campaign performance.
• Proactively address issues and propose solutions without needing constant oversight.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct PPC campaign management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search campaigns, bidding strategies, and Local Services Ads.
• Experience managing multi-location, franchise, or extensive account structures.
• Familiarity with landing page platforms such as Unbounce, Instapage, or similar tools.
• Proven track record of managing advertising budgets exceeding $200,000 per month.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience in tracking and optimizing campaigns based on lead generation and conversion metrics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong English communication skills for effective internal collaboration.
• Preferred:
• Experience in home services industries, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, or similar fields.
• Familiarity with the setup, management, and dispute resolution processes of Local Services Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile and local search marketing strategies.
• Experience with call tracking platforms like CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, or similar.
• Experience with pay-per-lead platforms and lead attribution tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page modifications.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered marketing and automation tools.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, U.S. Business Hours.
