This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the design, development, and nationwide implementation of a wealth planning platform tailored for corporate executives.
• Identify and cultivate planning opportunities for corporate executives at both national and regional levels.
• Convert a high-value client demographic into a scalable and repeatable source of revenue.
• Provide specialized planning solutions for corporate executives with intricate equity compensation and liquidity requirements.
• Enhance assets under management (AUM), boost revenue per client, and create a distinct market position.
• Capture and increase revenue through AUM-driven portfolio management, planning and advisory fees, as well as event-driven opportunities.
• Train and empower advisors to attract and effectively serve executive clients.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies and communication for executive segments.
• Create a centralized specialist team to support advisors across the country.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in wealth management, particularly with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Proven expertise in: Equity compensation (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESPPs), concentrated stock and diversification strategies, and tax-aware financial planning.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling a new business line, platform, or specialized offering.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65/66) or a willingness to obtain them if necessary.
• Proven track record in sourcing and finalizing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) model and the wealth management industry.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday is preferred.
