This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead the corporate development strategy of the company in alignment with its business and growth objectives.
• Recognize inorganic opportunities that enhance capabilities and open new markets.
• Oversee the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions.
• Create investment theses and business cases that assess market potential, competitive advantage, and long-term value creation.
• Provide guidance to executive leadership and the Board of Directors on corporate development activities, strategic growth opportunities, and capital allocation decisions.
• Establish and maintain a long-term opportunity pipeline.
• Guide transactions from the assessment of opportunities through to integration.
• Identify and assess alliances, joint ventures, ecosystem relationships, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive the realization of strategic and financial value from completed transactions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate transaction performance and integrate lessons learned into future decision-making.
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or similar strategic leadership roles.
• Proven success in leading complex M&A transactions and strategic growth initiatives from evaluation through execution.
• Strong experience in enterprise software, SaaS, information management, or technology-driven organizations.
• Solid financial acumen, encompassing valuation, investment analysis, capital allocation, and transaction structuring.
• Executive presence with a track record of influencing senior leaders, Boards of Directors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting executive leadership teams and Boards on strategic investment and growth decisions (preferred, but not required).
• Demonstrated ability to convert market insights and business strategy into actionable, high-impact growth opportunities (preferred, but not required).
• Strategic enterprise mindset that connects corporate development activities to long-term business objectives (preferred, but not required).
• Capability to navigate ambiguity while balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution (preferred, but not required).
• Experience in leading complex initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments (preferred, but not required).
