This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.
• Spearhead efforts to increase Corporate deposit balances by identifying client requirements, crafting competitive deposit solutions, and developing a business portfolio centered on deposits while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Establish and sustain a portfolio of Corporate Clients, guaranteeing their deposit and banking needs are addressed with top-tier service and strategic financial guidance.
• Cultivate robust relationships with new clients, concentrating on deposit acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehensively understanding client businesses and providing pertinent banking solutions.
• Advocate for the complete range of bank products and collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, retail banking, treasury management, commercial lending, and digital banking to identify opportunities and enhance client value.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor tactics, and regulatory changes impacting deposit products.
• Offer insights and feedback to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor client accounts for potential risks, such as deposit volatility or indicators of financial distress.
• Suggest appropriate measures to safeguard the bank’s interests.
• Contribute to the development of deposit growth strategies by utilizing market insights, competitor analysis, and innovative product structuring.
• Lead or engage in special projects related to Corporate Clients and deposit initiatives.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of demonstrated sales experience, ideally in a financial services environment.
• Experience in generating deposits with clients whose annual revenues range from a minimum of $5 million to over $25 million, including small to mid-sized businesses as well as nonprofit organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of deposit pricing strategies and liquidity management is preferred.
• Familiarity with treasury management solutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for building strong internal and external partnerships is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
