VP Consumer Lending Operations & Servicing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the Consumer Lending Processing Department under the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer.

• Assist the Chief Enterprise Operations Officer with responsibilities aligned with cost-effective practices.

• Provide leadership, direction, administration, and strategic development for consumer lending operations.

• Accountable for maintaining high levels of employee productivity and member services.

• Plan, build, direct, oversee, and authorize the compliance and administration of consumer lending operations.

• Support sales efforts in the production of consumer loans and ensure cross-selling of products.

• Establish and uphold lending policies and procedures.

• Prepare the annual budget and monitor any variances.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Consumer Lending operations.

• 2-3 years of experience in collateral management.

• At least five years of management experience within a financial institution.

• Advanced knowledge in credit.

• Capability to analyze and evaluate loan requests and make credit decisions.

• Understanding of the budgeting process.

• Excellent skills in both oral and written communication.
