This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Lead and enhance Sequel's commercial operations function to facilitate growth and long-term scalability.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the SVP, delivering a comprehensive view of commercial performance and opportunities.
• Establish a top-tier Commercial Excellence function that combines analytics, planning, and operational execution.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team across sales operations, analytics, and commercial planning.
• Oversee the creation of a thorough commercial analytics framework.
• Identify crucial business drivers and interdependencies, converting them into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Directly contribute to the development and refinement of tools, processes, and outputs.
• Keep track of competitive dynamics and market trends to guide strategic modifications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales operations, commercial analytics, or similar roles within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Experience in supporting or leading U.S. product launches in regulated environments.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven experience in forecasting, scenario modeling, and data-driven strategic planning.
• Extensive expertise in sales operations, territory design, incentive compensation, and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with market access, payor dynamics, and reimbursement models.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field engagement.
