This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee the therapeutic area-specific clinical and digital endpoint and outcomes strategy across various therapeutic domains and enterprise clients.
β’ Provide guidance to clients on the selection, implementation, and enhancement of clinical and digital endpoints, as well as evidence generation strategies within clinical programs.
β’ Keep abreast of emerging trends in digital measures, endpoint validation, and clinical innovation, transforming insights into actionable guidance for customers.
β’ Take ownership of developing and maintaining therapeutic area frameworks that include clear and concise reusable assets (such as one-pagers, narratives, and playbooks) to foster commercial growth.
β’ Collaborate with internal clinical, product, and commercial teams to ensure that therapeutic area strategies are executable and in line with platform capabilities.
β’ Work across Medable to create external advisory connections (including KOLs and strategists) to maintain the credibility and relevance of frameworks.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and senior customer representatives, facilitating discussions on digital transformation and portfolio-level planning.
β’ Manage strategy execution within designated therapeutic areas and accounts, while also contributing to strategy formulation at the portfolio level.
β’ 15+ years of experience in clinical development, digital health, life sciences consulting, or similar roles, preferably within a CRO or service provider organization.
β’ Proven experience in supporting therapeutic area-level strategies, enterprise clients, or platform-driven clinical solutions, with the capacity to act as a credible clinical and strategic advisor to senior sponsor stakeholders.
β’ Valued exposure to digital endpoints, sensors, real-world data, or evidence-generation strategies.
β’ Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex clinical concepts into clear value narratives.
β’ Strong collaborative abilities and comfort working within matrixed environments.
β’ Commercial acumen with the ability to facilitate account growth and enterprise positioning.
β’ Bachelor's degree required.
