This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• The Vice President of Client Services will take ownership of senior-level relationships with clients and agency partners, extending beyond daily operations.
• Responsible for ensuring client retention by nurturing executive- and senior-level relationships and identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Assess and manage risks associated with clients and agency partners while meeting client and EVERSANA INTOUCH goals regarding each account’s financial health, targets, and objectives.
• Lead the coordination and creation of integrated marketing plans both internally and with external agency partners.
• Function as a senior, trusted advisor to significant global and regional clients, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
• Manage a portfolio of flagship accounts with complete accountability for client satisfaction, retention, organic growth, and overall financial performance.
• Drive organic growth among existing clients through upselling and cross-selling integrated services, while collaborating with New Business teams on pitches, renewals, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams (Strategy, Creative, Media, Digital, Data, PR, Production) to ensure the delivery of best-in-class work on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Oversee account profitability, forecasting, billing, and cost control; ensure disciplined commercial governance, margin optimization, and accurate revenue reporting.
• Establish and maintain high standards for client service excellence; proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage expectations, and resolve complex client issues at an executive level.
• Build, mentor, and inspire senior Client Services leaders and account teams; develop succession plans, foster capability growth, and cultivate a strong performance culture aligned with agency values.
• Lead and coordinate multinational account teams across various regions and markets, ensuring a consistent strategic approach, operational alignment, and governance.
• Convert client business objectives into integrated communication strategies, utilizing market insights, data, and emerging trends to drive measurable results.
• Represent the agency at senior-level client meetings, industry forums, and internal leadership gatherings.
• Approximately 12 to 15 years of experience in agency settings, consultative roles, pharmaceuticals, and/or healthcare is essential.
• A thought leader in integrated and digital marketing and communications.
• Self-sufficient and self-motivated, capable of independently managing major clients and brands.
• Proven track record of meeting P&L targets through existing and expanding business opportunities.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams throughout the organization.
• Proficient in negotiating and executing agreements.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and functions.
• Applied understanding of technical development and processes.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to determine staffing needs within the account team and extended teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications is required.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage with clients and the Intouch organization at all levels.
