This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Deliver exceptional professional assistance to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Support clients with processes such as account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and other inquiries related to their accounts.
• Address issues associated with trading platforms, account management, trade execution, and technical functionalities.
• Foster and maintain robust client relationships through proactive engagement and continuous support.
• Recognize client needs and offer customized solutions to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Educate clients regarding the company’s products, trading platforms, tools, and available resources.
• Ensure that all client interactions are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Sales position within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, in written and spoken forms.
• A degree from a college or university.
• Excellent attention to detail, along with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• A high degree of professionalism, a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work on public holidays.
• Availability for evening shifts only (15:00 - 23:00 Dubai Time Zone).
