📋 Description

• Assists with real estate transactions by providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients for various inquiries.

• Oversees employees directly involved in client management activities.

• Implements and supports initiatives and strategies aimed at building and sustaining client relationships.

• Develops policies, procedures, and strategies within the department that prioritize high-quality customer service through proactive anticipation and addressing of client needs.

• Suggests enhancements to current processes and solutions to boost efficiency.

• Understands the collaborative efforts of teams and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.

• Offers subject matter expertise to the team and may distribute work tasks.

• Influences the outcomes of their own team and the performance of related teams.

• Collects and analyzes data to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal precedent.

• Applies judgement derived from past experiences, practices, and precedents.

• Assesses and communicates intricate information clearly and succinctly.

• Effectively exchanges ideas and information with others.

• High school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires over 8 years of relevant work experience.
