This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• You will be delivering support and services to clients by processing and managing orders related to corporate public record filings and document retrieval.
• Engage with clients, colleagues, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a prompt, effective, and professional manner.
• Leverage systems to create transactions and allocate different parts of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing.
• Prepare proposals for clients, outlining fees and expected turnaround times.
• Access public record websites to file and obtain publicly recorded documents.
• Review, prepare, and submit filings while closely adhering to relevant rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records throughout transactions to ensure precise outcomes and invoicing.
• You possess direct and relevant experience in nationwide corporate transactions, including but not limited to formations, mergers, conversions, qualifications, amendments, withdrawals, dissolutions, and document retrieval.
• You have over 5 years of experience in corporate public record filings and document retrieval.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities: You can effectively multi-task and prioritize projects and assignments.
• You demonstrate keen attention to detail and maintain a reasonable sense of urgency when completing orders.
• You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are enthusiastic about utilizing new tools and learning new processes and technologies.
• You are adaptable to shifting priorities while thriving in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• You show a positive attitude and maintain courtesy and professionalism even during challenging conversations.
• You are a dependable individual capable of adhering to an assigned work schedule.
