This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop account management strategies associated with client service plans.
• Accountable for the retention of current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, managing client surveys, and generating new business.
• Deliver program management for large clients that require dedicated personnel, multiple locations, and intricate service models.
• Supervise the activities of local Client Services team members.
• Perform pre-renewal visits to assess client loss experiences and overall company performance.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Preferred: CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM or other relevant designations.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of related experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• At least two (2) years of experience as an account manager or five (5) years of experience as an adjuster, including two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Required: Experience with California Workers Compensation claims.
