This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Lead, motivate, and cultivate a team of Client Executives, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives.
• Own and implement regional sales strategies that align with Unisys' global growth initiatives.
• Establish, monitor, and optimize annual quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Drive the creation of pipelines and the acquisition of new logos, while also expanding within existing strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key sectors and offerings.
• Promote a compelling Unisys value proposition that incorporates digital workplace, cloud, AI, and mainframe capabilities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, influencing complex purchasing decisions through thought leadership and outcome-driven discussions.
• Guide teams in recognizing client challenges and defining transformational roadmaps and business solutions.
• Work alongside solution, delivery, and technology teams to ensure readiness for scaling and winning complex deals.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and performance oversight, including variance analysis and strategic adjustments.
• Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape and market trends, adjusting strategies to sustain differentiation and growth.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise technology sales leadership, with over 12 years of experience.
• More than 8 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams, preferably across multiple geographies or extensive regions.
• Experience overseeing large, complex deals and multi-million-dollar pipelines.
• Strong expertise in managed services, digital workplace, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with or understanding of IBM mainframe environments and modernization strategies.
• Deep understanding of AI-driven solutions and their role in enterprise transformation.
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to engage at the C-suite level.
• Highly commercial mindset, with strong forecasting, negotiation, and deal-shaping skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required.
• Postgraduate/MBA preferred.
