This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with customer accounts.
• Act as a liaison between the company and clients or prospective clients.
• Serve as the advocate for clients, overseeing and supporting all activities while managing issue resolution.
• Responsible for overseeing, tracking, and resolving all client-related issues.
• Ensure effective communication with clients regarding new edits, system issues, and upgrades.
• Analyze client data to manage and monitor edit savings, identifying potential challenges.
• Enter and maintain assigned customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as needed.
• Travel to both clients and prospective clients to strategically manage client relationships.
• A Bachelor's degree or an MBA in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of operations within the health insurance industry is essential.
• 10-15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in diagnosing customer (internal/external) problems and designing solutions.
• Expertise in tactical scheduling, contract knowledge, and HIPAA compliance in relation to the company's Business Associate classification.
• Exceptional communicator and leader, focused on results and assertively diplomatic.
• Ability to synthesize and leverage data, mentor team members, and build effective teams.
• Develop professional relationships at all levels within key client organizations, including C-suite executives, vice presidents, and department managers.
• Proven knowledge of healthcare claims payment policies, processing, claims editing, and fraud detection.
• General understanding of database structures, database management, and data handling techniques.
