This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a well-rounded pipeline of new client prospects as well as opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.

• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities that align with client objectives, account activities, and research requirements.

• Utilize industry connections, attend conferences, and engage through digital platforms to foster relationships with healthcare organizations.

• Meet and surpass targets for revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.

• Act as a trusted senior partner to healthcare clients, managing account health, retention, and profitability.

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and budget authorities.

• Travel as necessary to meet with clients and enhance partnerships.

• Provide consultation on research design, methodologies, and business challenges.

• Create proposals and presentations that communicate the value of TriVoca’s solutions.

• Lead discussions on cross-selling and effectively translate TriVoca's capabilities into applicable opportunities.

• Collaborate with delivery, project management, and leadership teams.

• Relay client feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders.

• Promote continuous improvement and alignment of products.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, account management, or roles involving direct client engagement.

• Ideal experience within market research, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.

• Proven history of acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.

• Experience in leading initiatives for cross-selling or account growth.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and/or payer/provider dynamics.

• Preferably experienced in working with or selling market research, insights, or data solutions.

• Previous experience in a senior individual contributor or leadership position at a research, consulting, or professional services firm is advantageous.

• Outstanding relationship-building abilities with senior stakeholders.

• Consultative sales methodology.

• Strong commercial acumen, including skills in pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and performance reporting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Proficient in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
