📋 Description

• Accountable for producing, underwriting, managing, and retaining profitable business.

• Underwrite, sustain, and expand the Ambridge portfolio.

• Offer advanced technical proficiency to both new and existing clients.

• Oversee the underwriting process for individual accounts.

• Coordinate with the MD regarding the progress and performance of team members.

• Compile studies, reports, and recommendations.

• Cultivate new business opportunities.

• Advanced technical knowledge in underwriting.

• Manage the complete underwriting process.

• Lead and provide support to team members.

• Assess evaluations of underwriting and risk data.

• Initiate pricing discussions for new and renewal accounts.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Formulate recommendations for portfolio and pricing adjustments.

• Prepare and maintain management reports along with financial performance analyses.

• Collaborate with company leaders to enhance efficiencies.

• Identify and address routine departmental challenges.

• Underwrite insurance submissions in accordance with the business plan.
