📋 Description

• Oversees or manages the daily operations of a specific segment of the organization within non-manufacturing settings, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Engages in the development, interpretation, and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.

• Guarantees that employees conform to established practices and receive appropriate training.

• Generates relevant reports and audits existing procedures to assess operational efficiency.

• Cultivates a mindset among all employees, regardless of their level, that the primary objective of the business unit is to deliver the highest quality service to all customers.

• Establishes goals, objectives, and performance standards for the department.

• Enforces policies and procedures that align with regulatory and statutory guidelines, rules, and standards.

• Plans, organizes, administers, reviews, and evaluates the activities of professional, technical, and office support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 8 years of progressive management experience.

• Proven ability to execute strategic plans effectively.

• Capable of understanding the needs of a diverse range of employees while enhancing team performance, tracking outcomes, and efficiently allocating resources.

• Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the principles, practices, and procedures specific to the field, enabling the successful completion of complex projects.

• Possesses experience and knowledge of relevant functional tools and infrastructure.

• Progressive experience in leading teams across multiple locations, along with significant expertise in developing and implementing solutions.
