VP, Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Enhance SAIC's footprint, strategic partnerships, and opportunity pipeline within federal government sectors, including defense, the Intelligence Community, and broader national security markets.

• Establish, nurture, and utilize trusted senior-level relationships across federal defense, intelligence, law enforcement, and national security organizations in Huntsville and throughout the nation.

• Influence multi-agency customer requirements and position SAIC as a preferred collaborator prior to formal acquisition processes.

• Align federal mission priorities with SAIC's capabilities in digital engineering, mission IT modernization, cloud migration, cyber security, data analytics, systems integration, and artificial intelligence.

• Create and uphold a comprehensive opportunity pipeline in national security and federal government.

• Integrate missions, federal agencies, and geographic hubs across various SAIC business units.

• Collaborate with Business Groups and market leaders in Huntsville to ensure strategic alignment, customer ownership, and cohesive enterprise representation.

• Act as SAIC's representative in local federal and defense industry forums.

• Coordinate enterprise resources, security planning, and the recruitment and retention of high-demand, cleared talent based in Huntsville.

• At least 20 years of relevant experience.

• Must possess U.S. citizenship.

• Top Secret clearance is required.
