This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Structure and formulate sales transactions with an emphasis on transactional integrity and adherence to company guidelines.
• Create Order Documents and assist sales in negotiations with customers.
• Act as a specialist on Splunk buying programs and related metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to establish deal structures and comprehend their effects on ARR/iACV and internal processes.
• Determine optimal solutions and the correct application of programs within established guidelines.
• Facilitate discussions regarding deals, coordinate involved parties and next steps, and address any gaps or escalations.
• Oversee the complete Order Document process from start to finish.
• Engage in direct negotiations with customers.
• Coordinate with internal back-end partners.
• Compose essential business language and adhere to internal systems and procedures.
• Provide training and enablement for sales on deal structures, programs, and pricing strategies.
• Serve as a reliable partner and advisor to sales leadership.
• A minimum of 4 years in strategic deal management and/or relevant experience supporting sales.
• Proficient in understanding and following programmatic company guidelines.
• Experience working closely with internal teams in a rapidly expanding software enterprise.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly articulate, with a proven ability to interface, influence, and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Self-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Preferred experience in sales, financial planning and analysis, or sales operations analysis.
• An MBA is a plus.
