📋 Description

• Lead the development and refinement of the Ascension Business Development Plan

• Support the strategic initiatives and annual objectives of the National Business Development team

• Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Business Development

• Serve as a primary consultant for national and market teams

• Spearhead stakeholder engagement across national and market cross-functional teams

• Propel key growth channels and foster network development

• Offer expertise in hospital and ecosystem business development

• Assist in the creation of new growth channels

• Facilitate large-scale strategic partnerships and relationships

• Generate analytic insights and develop comprehensive business cases

• Present executive-level strategic presentations

• Lead and manage high-performing teams

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership/management

• 5 or more years of experience in hospitals and health systems, particularly in Strategy and/or Business Development

• Proficiency in analytical systems and insights-driven technology, including knowledge of AI and its applicable use cases

• Strong financial acumen, with a solid understanding of channel analysis, KPIs, and performance tracking and ROI

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
