This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for CRG and PSG, utilizing Thermo Fisher’s extensive resources, systems, and AI/digital technologies.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for client relationships, fostering trust at senior levels and pinpointing opportunities for expansion.
• Promote innovation and transformation to improve R&D efficiency and operational scalability.
• Act as the primary executive liaison for designated accounts, ensuring success in delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent clients within internal teams while aligning with BPS business goals.
• Foster senior-level engagement to enhance loyalty, establish trust, and broaden partnerships.
• Take ownership of account performance, driving revenue growth, utilization, and profitability, including EBITDA objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams during proposals, bid defenses, and commercial negotiations to ensure strategic differentiation and cohesive delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery and resourcing teams to guarantee that milestones are achieved with high quality.
• Enhance operating models for greater efficiency and scalability.
• Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing account teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of commercial leadership experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries, with a minimum of 5 years in sales or general management.
• A proven history of success in global account management and driving growth.
• Extensive understanding of the CRO industry, clinical development processes, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent executive presence, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage complexity, develop strategic solutions, and cultivate enduring customer relationships.
