This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee complex, high-value accounts in the Government and large enterprise sectors.
• Cultivate and influence relationships at the C-level, becoming a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Represent Omnissa’s complete SaaS offerings, including Workspace ONE and Horizon, utilizing a consultative, value-oriented sales methodology.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, enhance current accounts, and drive sustainable customer success and satisfaction.
• Exhibit proficient negotiation and closing techniques to secure intricate, high-value agreements.
• Showcase strategic account planning and pipeline management, maintaining a transparent, data-driven perspective of forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partner teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Keep abreast of End User Computing (EUC) trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position innovative solutions.
• Engage in industry events, customer meetings, and regional activities to broaden influence and enhance market presence.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in SaaS enterprise field sales within the private or public sectors.
• Proficient in cultivating strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and navigating intricate enterprise sales cycles.
• Highly adept in territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management with exceptional rigor and accuracy.
• Consistent history of exceeding quotas and achieving top-tier performance.
• Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
• Strong communication capabilities with outstanding storytelling and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and contemporary sales tools.
• Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions is advantageous.
• A proactive, growth-oriented attitude with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
• Ability to operate in a multi-departmental environment, including Solution Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Solution Architects, Professional Services, Legal, and Deal Management.
