This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for the LATAM region that aligns with global goals.
• Oversee sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through strategies involving GSIs, OEMs, Acquirers, Payment Processors, Hyperscalers, and ISVs.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key strategic partners.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for partners, tailored to meet regional requirements.
• Propel revenue growth influenced and sourced by partners across significant verticals.
• Create joint action plans with partners aimed at generating pipelines and accelerating deals.
• Enhance existing alliances and initiate new partnerships to broaden Feedzai’s presence in the LATAM market.
• Oversee partner governance, reporting, and performance metrics utilizing BI tools and PRM systems.
• Evaluate partner KPIs, including activation rates, contributions to the pipeline, and partner NPS.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, webinars, and Feedzai’s executive summit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous. Alternatively, equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the software industry.
• Demonstrated success in formulating and executing effective global partner strategies.
• Experience collaborating with a variety of partner types, including System Integrators, Referral partners, OEMs, Resellers, and Technology firms.
• Agile leader capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment and scaling fintech organizations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to think strategically while executing systematically.
• Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies.
• Understanding of the banking and financial institutions sector.
• Willingness to travel internationally as necessary.
• Proficiency in English.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.
