This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Manage the relationship between the company and its partners.
• Deliver customer feedback and requests to Project Managers, Product Managers, and Technical teams through appropriate channels.
• Oversee project coordination and activities for partners within the organization.
• Communicate and coordinate roadmaps, system integration roll-outs, product features, promotional tools, and both back-end and front-end releases to partners.
• Provide education to new and existing partners on available systems, tools, and features.
• Monitor and report account status based on relevant KPIs.
• Actively follow up on partners' projections and outcomes.
• Guide and challenge partners, always anticipating needs and identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage, maintain, and communicate updates regarding news, game release schedules, access, promotions, and marketing materials to partners through appropriate channels.
• Participate in business discussions both within and outside the Account Management team concerning daily operations and long-term strategy.
• Relevant experience in iGaming as an Account Manager, preferably with a Platform Provider.
• Strong skills in Account Management and team leadership.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with diplomatic and motivational capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how operators utilize platform features to enhance performance.
• Experience in collaborating across Commercial, Product, and Technical teams.
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) along with strong interpersonal abilities.
