This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a specified upsell and expansion quota (quota size and scope may differ based on level and business phase) for ARI offerings, emphasizing predictable performance and consistent achievement.

• Propel current MRR growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within a designated portfolio of customer accounts (portfolio size and complexity may vary by level).

• Create net-new MRR by converting inbound, demo, and marketing-sourced opportunities.

• Develop, oversee, and finalize a robust upsell pipeline with a strong focus on conversion discipline and deal velocity.

• Manage and convert qualified opportunities originating from the self-service customer base, LTS conversions, marketing-qualified leads, demo requests, free trial customers, and inbound inquiries, with the inbound vs. proactive mix varying by role level.

• Ensure timely follow-ups, structured discovery processes, strong qualification, and disciplined deal progression.

• Uphold high standards of pipeline hygiene, accuracy in forecasting, and discipline in CRM practices.

• Facilitate value-driven discovery conversations that align with customer business objectives and growth priorities.

• Take charge of solution positioning, pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and closing execution within the limits of approved decision authority and discounting based on role level.

• Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within the portfolios of existing customers.

• Structure expansion opportunities to optimize customer value, commercial outcomes, and operational readiness, with deal complexity expectations adjusted by seniority.

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure efficient deal execution and a seamless customer experience.

• Serve as a trusted commercial advisor throughout the expansion lifecycle, linking solutions to measurable customer outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account expansion, revenue growth, or partnerships in an individual contributor role, with familiarity with major marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart (range to be calibrated per hiring level).

• Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, or expansion-led revenue initiatives.

• Experience managing inbound, marketing-sourced, and sales-assisted opportunities.

• Demonstrated track record of quota ownership with attainment expectations adjusted by seniority and ramp phase.

• Strong deal ownership and closing capabilities, with comfort in carrying a quota-driven target.

• Ability to conduct structured discovery and articulate value-based solutions effectively.

• Strategic mindset paired with robust execution rigor.

• Data-driven approach to managing pipelines, forecasting, and tracking performance.

• Proactively advance AI adoption to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, and unlock scalable growth opportunities across accounts.
