This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Provide outstanding sales and customer service to users of Corcym's Heart Valve product range.
• Establish and achieve sales objectives in terms of units sold and revenue generated across assigned territories.
• Ongoing evaluation of market conditions, reporting on trends, and developing effective strategies for the designated territory.
• Deliver promotional and technical presentations of our products to cardiologists in hospitals.
• Foster positive relationships with existing clients while expanding accounts within assigned areas.
• Meet sales goals for both volume and revenue.
• Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with corporate objectives.
• Suggest sales goals and strategic plans to management, backed by written reports and recommendations.
• Oversee consignment inventories in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly sales reports, expense reports, account profiles, and other required documentation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry, ideally in a Cardiovascular-related field.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with the hospital operating theatre environment.
• High proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor in terms of appearance, communication, and customer service standards.
• Skilled in negotiation and communication, with an aptitude for influencing and building trust.
• Knowledge of and adherence to compliance topics.
• A scientific or commercial Bachelor’s degree, and/or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid driving license.
