📋 Description

• Take ownership of the sales strategy and implementation for the Americas to meet and surpass new logo and expansion Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), bookings, and pipeline objectives across designated segments and industries.

• Convert the company's strategy into precise sales targets, coverage frameworks, and go-to-market initiatives for the Americas region.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations on yearly and quarterly planning, which includes territory design, quota and capacity planning, segmentation, and incentive alignment.

• Define and manage critical sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as ARR, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle duration, and forecast accuracy, while maintaining rigorous performance management.

• Foster a disciplined operating rhythm throughout the region, which includes maintaining pipeline hygiene, inspecting forecasts, conducting deal reviews, and continuously refining the revenue playbook.

• Ensure a robust and diverse pipeline by spearheading direct field execution and collaborating with Marketing, Growth Markets, and Partner/Alliances teams to create demand and partner-sourced opportunities.

• Introduce and continuously enhance a standardized, data-driven sales process utilizing Salesforce and related tools, establishing clear qualification standards, stage definitions, and approval processes.

• Conduct weekly and monthly forecast discussions, promote realistic projections, and identify risks early in relation to strategic deals.

• Support mega-deals when appropriate, while primarily concentrating on enhancing the capabilities of representatives and managers instead of personally closing every significant deal.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team in the Americas and develop leadership talent, fostering a culture of accountability, cooperation, and ongoing improvement.

• Implement a systematic method for sourcing, evaluating, hiring, and nurturing talent, demonstrating a strong history of team development through both internal promotion and external recruitment.

• Establish a coaching routine that quantitatively enhances the performance of representatives and managers over time.

• Exemplify Seeq’s values and operate efficiently within a high-growth setting characterized by uncertainty and change.

• Motivate teams and clients by demonstrating excellence through a strong presence, executive credibility, and a results-oriented approach.

• Develop trustworthy relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders, particularly CIOs and CTOs, and act as an executive sponsor for Seeq’s most significant strategic opportunities and customers in the Americas.

• Assist the team in securing complex enterprise deals within industrial SaaS and analytics sectors, including land-and-expand strategies and multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.

• Provide structured customer and market insights to inform go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product discussions.

• Be an integral member of the revenue leadership team, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and collaborating across functions with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

• Collaborate with Customer Success on account planning, renewals, and expansion strategies to maximize customer value and foster long-term growth.

• Coordinate with Partnerships & Alliances and Growth Markets leaders to ensure clear engagement rules and synchronized regional execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales, preferably targeting industrial or process manufacturing sectors or similarly complex industries.

• Extensive experience leading U.S. enterprise direct sales teams selling industrial SaaS or analytics solutions to CIOs and CTOs, with typical deal sizes ranging from $300K to $5M+ in Annual Contract Value (ACV).

• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, including managing other leaders; ideal candidates will be second-line sales leaders or higher.

• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing multi-million-dollar ARR and bookings goals in a high-growth or scaling environment.

• Experience in building or scaling a modern enterprise sales organization in close collaboration with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Strategic understanding of pre-sales, customer success, and revenue operations.

• Preferred experience leading teams in Europe and/or Asia Pacific.

• Experience at PTC or within the broader PTC talent ecosystem is advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes, including complex multi-stakeholder deals, land-and-expand strategies, and multi-year subscription contracts.

• Strong financial and analytical skills, including proficiency in pipeline analytics, forecasting, and performance dashboards.

• Exceptional executive communication abilities and the capacity to influence both internal and external C-level stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional trust and alignment among Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Partnerships.

• Strong talent magnet and team builder capable of attracting external talent, promoting from within, and generating long-term followership.

• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and effective in environments marked by ambiguity, rapid pace, and change.

• Operationally proficient with successful MEDDPICC implementation experience required.

• Preference for candidates based in the eastern or central United States.

• Willingness to travel 30% or more to support large deals, customer engagement, and leadership needs.
