
VP, Air Strategy β Partner Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Formulate and implement long-term strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth, branch expansion, and competitive edge.
β’ Act as the strategic leader and trusted consultant for a portfolio of high-value partnerships.
β’ Oversee strategic initiatives through the planning phase and monitor performance outcomes.
β’ Create and execute strategic plans aimed at improving customer service while ensuring operational consistency and efficiency.
β’ Foster revenue growth within the client portfolio by pinpointing upselling opportunities and broadening service offerings.
β’ Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess business performance against the strategic framework.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 10-15 years of advancing experience in corporate strategy, strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management within the travel sector.
β’ At least 7 years of experience in delivering corporate air growth strategies.
β’ A demonstrated history of effective strategic planning, negotiation, and high-level vendor relationship management.
β’ Proven experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
