This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and drive market demand and conversion, ensuring satisfaction and representing the voice of the Enrollment Services extended network.
• Provide guidance to the Admissions team and advise the VP of Operations and executive leaders on customer and growth targets.
• Oversee daily operations, processes, metrics, and departmental budgets in alignment with the annual operating plan.
• Recruit, train, nurture, assess, and mentor a high-performing Enrollment Services team aimed at generating new student interest, conversion, and revenue opportunities.
• Foster a culture driven by metrics, customer focus, and market insights.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues within the Enrollment Services team.
• Collaborate with Operations and Leadership Team members to enhance Enrollment Services processes and implement new initiatives.
• Work alongside leadership as the customer advocate to grasp company, technology, and product strategies.
• Suggest platform modifications and enhancements.
• Engage with campus teams and leaders to identify market prospects and support methodologies.
• Provide growth-related analyses and internal data to the VP of Operations.
• Create reporting tools and dashboards as required.
• Prioritize market goals to stimulate demand, expand market share, and funnel new student enrollment to existing campuses.
• Act as a customer escalation point within Enrollment Services.
• Execute additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is required, or a minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience including 3 years in upper management.
• Exceptional verbal communication, especially over the phone, and proficient written communication skills.
• Persistence, a positive demeanor, and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Mature, positive, and collaborative interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing relevant school systems, databases, and tools effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Suite.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment or schedule.
• Effective communication skills via phone, email, text, and in person with students and staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly structured and regulated work setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% or as required by business demands.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or equivalent training and experience is preferred.
