Regional Vice President – Franchise Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Present franchise brand offerings utilizing marketing materials and conducting store tours.

• Forward franchise leads to corporate for Discovery Day tours.

• Nurture relationships with current franchisees within a designated region.

• Drive the expansion of franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership arrangements.

• Collaborate with business brokers and consultants.

• Participate in trade shows across the United States with the team.

• Facilitate virtual meetings with prospects as needed.

• Report directly to the Chief Development Officer.

• Engage with prospects throughout the assigned region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business ownership or external transactional sales.

• Strong proficiency with a CRM system.

• Capability to meet goals and surpass expectations in high-pressure situations.

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Must possess a credit card with an available credit limit to manage expenses.

• Ownership of a vehicle is mandatory.

• Experience in franchise sales is advantageous but not required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
