• Proven experience as the chairperson of a supervisory body

• Preferably within the corporate sector or with a strong interest in public housing

• Knowledge of governance issues

• A personality that fosters connections, with authority and approachability

• Experience with audit and control matters (for the audit committee)

• Strong financial background for the audit committee

• Academic level of working and thinking

• Experience in administrative decision-making

• Critical and independent mindset
