Volunteer Partnerships Coordinator – Event Venues – "Live Peace"

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will play a key role in our core initiative: managing 100 events across the globe.

• You will reach out to event venues we identify together, including clubs, nightclubs, art spaces, opera houses, and more. We will provide standardized texts, a professional presentation, and your dedicated Live Peace email address.

• You will be responsible for coordinating follow-ups.

• You will assist in preparations for meetings (we will conduct video calls together).

• You will monitor deadlines and project status.

• You will help facilitate the onboarding process for event venues (emails, etc.).

• You will be involved in a well-defined project plan that includes phases, milestones, and KPIs, while also assisting in the creation of an international network.
