This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive legal advisory services in labor law for our corporate group and clients, addressing all individual and collective labor law issues.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, supplementary agreements, and other labor law documents.

• Legal support for personnel measures, including restructuring and reorganization projects.

• Negotiating, drafting, and enhancing company agreements while fostering a collaborative relationship with employee representatives.

• Representing our interests in conciliation boards and before labor courts.

• Providing advice on related civil law issues with a labor law context.

• Developing practical recommendations for managers and departments.

• Conducting labor law training sessions and workshops.

• Contributing to the advancement of our Legal-Tech solutions and the digitization of legal processes in close cooperation with our tech department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in law with two state examinations; admission to the bar is an advantage.

• Several years of professional experience in labor law, ideally within a corporate legal department, a legal service provider, or a law firm focused on commercial law.

• In-depth knowledge of individual and collective labor law, including works constitution law.

• Experience in negotiating and drafting company agreements as well as representation before labor courts.

• Strong understanding of labor law contexts and solid knowledge of general civil law.

• Confident and engaging demeanor with pronounced negotiation skills, capable of acting de-escalating and solution-oriented even in conflict situations.

• Interest in the digitization of legal processes and modern Legal-Tech solutions.

• Independent, structured, and entrepreneurial work style.

• Fluent in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
