Voice User Interface Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements to design speech and DTMF IVR applications.

• Develop call flow diagrams and specifications for voice user interface design.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to craft user-focused IVR designs.

• Perform usability testing.

• Optimize applications for peak performance.

• Assist speech scientists in grammar design and optimization.

• Aid sales and marketing in producing materials that highlight the PTP user-centered design methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a user interface designer.

• Background in linguistics, cognitive psychology, or behavioral sciences.

• Experience in computer science is advantageous.
