UI/UX Design Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish high standards for digital product design by creating task-specific grading criteria.

• Develop grading criteria for design systems, component libraries, responsive UI layouts, dashboards, product flows, customer portals, UX writing, product content, and design-to-engineering handoff.

• Evaluate AI-generated and human-produced work samples against the established criteria.

• Deliver thorough written justifications for each score assigned.

• Utilize consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible.

• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate rapidly.

• Engage in projects focused on training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX, or design systems for genuine digital products.

• Experience with actual digital products as opposed to brand or marketing websites.

• Background in prominent digital-product or UX studios, in-house product-design teams at leading product-driven corporations, or advanced e-commerce and marketplace enterprises.

• Proven experience in product/UI/design systems design, UX leadership, UX writing/content design, or digital product/business analysis.

• Proficient in interaction and visual design, design systems, responsive layouts, comprehensive product flows, prototyping, and production handoff in Figma.

• Capable of articulating critiques as a design or UX lead would during a review.

• Exceptionally strong written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable with having judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers.

• Previous experience in AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a significant advantage.

• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported.
