Voice Talent, German – Female

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Record content in a natural, conversational, clear, and approachable German female voice.

• Maintain natural pauses, disfluencies, and word emphasis throughout recordings.

• Express friendly, empathetic, patient, intelligent, confident, engaged, trustworthy, welcoming, and accommodating tones.

• Keep a consistent moderate pace that is easy to follow, including natural pauses.

• Adhere to project-specific technical recording requirements.

• Provide voice demos and samples as needed.

• Complete testing and vetting in Lilt's module when required.

• License voice for AI voice cloning/TTS training when applicable.

• Finish onboarding, payment-account setup, and any remaining application steps after project selection.

• Contribute to Lilt's multilingual AI and human-verified language services for various enterprises, governments, and AI developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Female voice talent with a mature voice, ideally between 35 to 55 years old.

• Must be a native speaker of the target locale.

• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming is essential.

• Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup is necessary.

• Required equipment includes a microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, professional digital audio workstation, software, plugins, and a treated recording space.

• Quiet recording environment free from background noise, music, clicks, and muffling is essential.

• Ability to follow technical recording requirements, including volume levels, file naming conventions, formats, segment gaps, and audio quality standards.

• Capable of providing demos, sample recordings, or other voiceover samples.

• Comfortable handling fast-turnaround projects and meeting tight delivery deadlines.

• Willingness to license voice for AI voice cloning/TTS training.

• Ability to complete a project test if required.

• An English-language resume/C.V. is mandatory.

• Two voice-over samples showcasing recording quality and vocal characteristics in WAV or MP3 format are required.

• Must be able to specify licensing fees and terms associated with licensing.

• Required to disclose any contractual obligations that might hinder working with Lilt.

• Must provide an hourly rate in USD per finished audio.
