Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and various other scripts.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech with mastery over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout recording sessions.

• Adhere to specific recording guidelines regarding the environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as needed.

• Contribute recordings exclusively for the client's internal CX AI Agent.

• Complete an initial recording engagement lasting approximately 4 hours, with the possibility of a second session.

• Collaborate on projects aimed at training and enhancing AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker currently residing in Latin America.

• Capable of speaking neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a pronounced regional accent.

• Possess a clear, natural, and expressive voice.

• Have access to a professional or nearly professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, a quiet environment, and a pop filter.

• Strong understanding of intonation, diction, and emotional range.

• Ability to follow scripts accurately while maintaining a natural delivery.

• Availability for a single recording session of approximately 4 hours, with a potential for an additional session.

• Must be comfortable with voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent.

• Preferred: Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.

• Preferred: Capability to deliver multiple vocal styles.

• Independent contractor status required.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported.
