Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Develop visually engaging web and mobile experiences within defined UX frameworks and user pathways.

• Create layouts, imagery treatments, and content presentations that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Generate high-fidelity mockups, visual concepts, and design assets.

• Operate within existing design systems, component libraries, and style guidelines.

• Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, developers, and stakeholders.

• Assist in the development of new pages and ongoing improvements across digital platforms.

• Ensure that visual solutions comply with accessibility and usability standards.

• Contribute in an Agile, cross-functional setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing strong visual/UI design work for consumer-oriented digital products.

• Experience in designing responsive web and mobile experiences.

• Proficient skills in Visual Design, UI Design, Typography, Layout & Composition, Color Theory, Branding, Iconography, Interaction Design, and Imagery Art Direction.

• Advanced expertise in Figma.

• Familiarity with established design systems and component libraries.

• Understanding of UX principles and the capability to implement within predefined user experiences.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
