This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize, maintain, and enhance Murj’s shared library of graphics, templates, presentations, video assets, and reusable creative resources.
• Create systems for naming, versioning, locating, and utilizing brand assets.
• Assist in maintaining and expanding Murj’s brand guide while translating brand standards into templates and tools.
• Support team members in consistently using brand resources.
• Design and refine presentations, campaign graphics, sales and marketing materials, graphic elements, and other collateral.
• Create on-brand graphics for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Edit, assemble, and prepare video content for marketing, social media, sales, and internal use.
• Develop video titles, graphic elements, and simple motion treatments.
• Produce polished, print-ready materials that meet visual, technical, and production standards.
• Assess and responsibly integrate AI-enabled creative tools into brand and asset workflows.
• Provide visual assets and design support for website projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Graphic Design and the Director of Marketing.
• In the first 90 days, learn about Murj’s brand and products, audit and organize assets, enhance templates, deliver creative support, and identify workflow improvements.
• Proven graphic design experience showcased through a strong portfolio, internships, freelance work, or similar projects.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and meticulous attention to detail in both digital and print work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience in creating and refining presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Familiarity with shared asset libraries or digital asset management systems.
• Knowledge of print production requirements and file preparation.
• Strong organizational abilities and a keen interest in developing clear, reusable systems for assets and templates.
• Capability to accept feedback, manage multiple assignments, and ensure completion of work.
• A resourceful and inquisitive attitude towards new tools or assignments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Core working hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in the employee's time zone.
• 2–3 years of relevant graphic design experience is preferred (nice to have).
• Experience with motion graphics or animation, particularly in After Effects (nice to have).
• Video editing experience using Premiere Pro or a similar tool (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Figma, website design, or digital design systems (nice to have).
• Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and responsible creative-use practices (nice to have).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (nice to have).
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or another technical field (nice to have).
