This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Develop visual design assets for various platforms including presentations, executive keynote content, social media, digital communications, and marketing materials.
• Convert business, technology, and executive messaging into compelling visual narratives and storytelling elements.
• Create and animate motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for digital, social media, video, and live presentation settings.
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, producers, and cross-functional partners to craft creative solutions that align with messaging objectives, brand guidelines, and channel specifications.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, integrate feedback, and produce polished, production-ready deliverables within set deadlines.
• Assist the Global Comms Visual Storytelling team in generating design, motion, and interactive storytelling for social media, digital platforms, and executive keynote presentations.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in visual design, motion design, or multidisciplinary design within an agency or internal design team.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Proven experience in creating presentation designs, motion graphics, and digital visual assets for brands, editorial teams, executives, or corporate communications.
• A portfolio showcasing professional work in presentation design, visual design, and motion/animation.
• Experience managing projects from concept to final production, including asset preparation for digital, social, and live event or keynote contexts.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Cinema4D or similar 3D design and animation tools.
• Familiarity with creative AI workflows and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Figma, prototyping tools, or AI coding workflows is preferred.
• Background in supporting executive communications, keynote storytelling, or high-profile corporate communications initiatives is advantageous.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into engaging visual communications is preferred.
